Day two of the Crystal Light water Challenge! This is what I've learned.
1. Try to drink as much water before lunch as possible. I am not as thirsty in the afternoon, and it's a little harder to get it all in.
2. I LOVE the Skin Essentials Pomegranate Lemonade - it's my favorite so far! It's a on the go packet that you put right in the bottle.
3. Make SURE you are in close proximity to bathrooms during the day. and night.
4. I have NOT been as hungry as usual. This has to be a good sign.
5. I mark on the wipe off calendar on the fridge each time I drink a bottle of water.
6. I am more apt to follow the rules when PEOPLE ARE WATCHING.
Now wish me luck again....

Yes, accountability makes you a bit more honest. Maybe that's why I have committed to a weight management program for a while. *grin*
ReplyDeleteI take diuretics for a heart condition, so I also have a love/hate relationship with bathrooms.
Crystal Light is yummy. I love it except for times like today when my bottle leaked all over me and the car. The carpet in my car has lovely pink spots. Also please take note that the fruit punch flavor dyes skin. I have pink spots on my arm. Fun. Fun. Fun.
