Sassy has been on a mission to cook meals with Stove Top Stuffing for under TEN dollars! Last night, she was successful yet again!!
She bought a package of 12 drumsticks that were on sale for .79 cents a POUND! Here’s the list of what she purchased for her meal from our local Wegmans.

She cooked the drumsticks on the grill with olive oil and salt and pepper.
She opened the corn, shucked the silk, wrapped it back up and soaked it in water for 30 minutes or so. (She CLAIMS she saw Paula Dean do that. I am suspicious.)
Then she put salt, pepper and butter on the corn ears, wrapped it back up in the husks, wrapped them in foil and put them ON THE GRILL!!!
The meal was delicious, and I am very proud of all of these lessons that she is learning.
