Day two of the Crystal Light water Challenge! This is what I've learned.
1. Try to drink as much water before lunch as possible. I am not as thirsty in the afternoon, and it's a little harder to get it all in.
2. I LOVE the Skin Essentials Pomegranate Lemonade - it's my favorite so far! It's a on the go packet that you put right in the bottle.
3. Make SURE you are in close proximity to bathrooms during the day. and night.
4. I have NOT been as hungry as usual. This has to be a good sign.
5. I mark on the wipe off calendar on the fridge each time I drink a bottle of water.
6. I am more apt to follow the rules when PEOPLE ARE WATCHING.
